Join us at Fort Collins’ favorite common consumption area! The Exchange is the gem of northern Old Town, bringing together all the elements that make this town loved by so many. Here you will find a large, central plaza that provides a vibrant setting with patios, green spaces, indoor and outdoor dining, retail, and year round activities. For those traveling by bicycle, the Exchange offers ample bike parking, a DIY bike service station, and connectivity to the Poudre Trail – a true bike destination!
Blendings has a variety of drink and snack items on the menu. At our Exchange location we cater to both adults and kiddos for the menus. For our Adults we offer a list of 6 different curated glasses of wine and plates of charcuterie. We also offer our very popular frozen wine drinks. Kiddos can enjoy snacks like pretzels, hotdogs and gourmet popcorn as well as shaved ice treats.
At our main location at The Hillside Vineyard we manufacture and produce all of our wines. We offer a wide variety of Reds, White and Rosé wines. Fruit wines and Pepper wines are also made onsite and curated in small batches by season. We are just finishing up our long awaited pineapple wine and it is YUM! We bring a selection of 6 different to our Exchange location. Check with us often for the most up to date wines on tap.
